These terms and conditions represent an official agreement "contract" between Advanced Solutions for Software Company "The future ERP" and service users. These User Terms govern your use of the Service Advanced Solutions for Software Company "The future ERP", which is an electronic accounting system that provides customers and users to register and save their accounting data and use it in the form of invoices or reports.

Any use by you of the services provided by the Future Accounting System constitutes your acceptance of this contract and its provisions, and accordingly, you must not use the system if you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained in this contract.

Advanced Solutions for Software Company "The future ERP" reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions without prior notice, and it is your responsibility as a user of the system to review the controls and conditions of use periodically to find out the updates that occur to these terms and conditions. We also hope that you will review Our Privacy Policy to learn more about how Advanced Solutions for Software Company "The future ERP" uses the information provided to us by system users.

Entitlement to Services

You represent and warrant the following:

1. Your use of the services of Advanced Solutions for Software Company "The future ERP" has never been disabled or prevented from using them at any time.
2. You are not a competitor of Advanced Solutions for Software Company "The future ERP", nor do you offer any product competing with the services provided by Advanced Solutions Company for Software "The future ERP".
3. You have full power and authority to enter into a contract and that you will not be in violation of any law or contract.

Pledges and Guarantees

You represent and warrant that you will:

1. Comply with all laws and regulations in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
2. Provides correct and accurate information to Advanced Solutions for Software Company "The future ERP" and updates it periodically.
3. Review and comply with any notices sent through Advanced Solutions for Software Company "The future ERP" or mentioned on the platforms of Advanced Solutions for Software Company "The future ERP" regarding your use of the services provided by the Advanced Solutions for Software Company "The future ERP" system.
4. You will not duplicate, sub-license, issue, publish, transfer, distribute, implement, display, sell, or reclassify the services of Advanced Solutions for Software Company "The future ERP", otherwise you will have transferred the service or exploit it commercially, except as permitted under this contract.
5. You will use the service for legitimate purposes only, and you will not use the services to send or store any illegal materials or for the purpose of fraud.
6. You will not use the service to cause harm, harassment, or inconvenience to anyone.
7. It will not impede the proper operation of the Advanced Solutions for Software Company "Al Mostaqbal" system.
8. You will not attempt to harm the service in any way.
9. You will not copy or distribute the system or other contents without obtaining written permission from Advanced Solutions for Software Company "The future ERP".
10. You will maintain the password for your account or any identification method that we provide to you that allows access to your account, securely and confidentially.
11. You will provide us with all evidence that proves your identity at the sole discretion of Advanced Solutions for Software Company "The future ERP".
12. Advanced Solutions for Software Company "The future ERP" has the right to refuse to provide the service or use the system without giving reasons.
